Accommodation

The complete formula includes two nights at the Vidy campsite, located on the shores of Lake Leman. Tents are provided, but it is strongly advised to bring a camping mats, a sleeping bag and warm waterproof clothing. The site does not offer a locker for valuables.

Transport

For participants benefiting from the standard formula, a day pass for Lausanne public transport (zones 11 and 12) for Saturday 20 April 2024 is included, to ensure travel between the various sites.

For participants who have chosen the full package, this subscription covers the entire weekend: from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon to ensure travel between the campsite and the various sites of the event.

Public Transport

From Morges: BUS 701 - Stop Ecublens VD, allée de Dorigny.
From Lausanne Bourdonette: BUS 701 - Arrêt Ecublens VD, allée de Dorigny.
Metro M1: Stop UNIL-Mouline, walk in direction of the lake.

Catering

In a move toward sustainability, all catering will be vegetarian.

The meal

The Friday evening meal is not included in the formula but various snacks and drinks will be sold on site.
Saturday and Sunday lunch are included in the price.
On Saturday noon, lunch bags will be delivered to the different sports sites.
On Saturday evening, a common meal will be served at the Artigus University Restaurant.
On Sunday noon, food stands will be held by associations of UNIL and EPFL.
For the participants who have chosen the complete formula, a breakfast is included on Saturday and Sunday morning which will be served directly on the campsite

Any allergies or intolerances must be mentioned during online registration so that an appropriate meal can be scheduled.
